2. أ. المدير العام في المؤسسات الغير مرتبطة في الرئاسات الثلاث.. تُخفّض مخصصات المنصب البالغة ( 750) سبعمائة وخمسون الف دينار بنسبة 80٪.
ب. المدير العام في الرئاسات الثلاث.. تُخفّض مخصصات المنصب البالغة ( 1500) مليون وخمسمائة الف دينار بنسبة 80٪.
3. أ. وكيل الوزارة في المؤسسات الغير مرتبطة في الرئاسات الثلاث.. فتُخفّض مخصصات المنصب البالغة ( 1500) مليون وخمسمائة الف دينار بنسبة 80٪.
ب. درجة وكيل وزير في الرئاسات الثلاث.. تُخفّض مخصصات المنصب البالغة ( 2500) مليونان وخمسمائة الف دينار بنسبة 80٪.
4. أ. درجة وزير في المؤسسات الغير مُرتبطة بوزارة.. تُخفّض مخصصات المنصب البالغة ( 5600) خمسة ملايين وستمائة الف دينار بنسبة 80٪.
ب. درجة وزير في الرئاسات الثلاث.. فتُخفّض مخصصات المنصب البالغة ( 7100) سبعة ملايين ومائة الف دينار بنسبة 80٪.

6. مخصصات منتسبي وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ( الأساتذة الجامعيين) البالغة 200٪.. تُخفّض الى 100٪.
7. أ. مخصصات المنتسبين الإداريين لوزارة الكهرباء ( الثابتة).. تُخفّض بنسبة 30٪.
ب. مخصصات المنتسبين الفنيين لوزارة الكهرباء ( الثابتة).. تُخفّض بنسبة 25٪.
8. مخصصات منتسبي الرئاسات الثلاث:
أ. موظفي مجلس النواب.. تُخفّض بنسبة 30٪.
ب. موظفي الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء.. تُخفّض بنسبة 30٪.

11. يُعامل المستفيدين من قانون رفحاء معاملة الشهداء والسُجناء السياسيين.. إذ تتقاضى العائلة المُستفيدة راتباً واحداً بدلاً عن شمول كافة أعضاء العائلة.. وفي حال وفاة المُستفيد فيُطبّق قانون الشهداء من حيث استفادة الورثة ( يحتاج تعديل القانون من قبل السلطة التشريعية بعد طلب من قبل مجلس الوزراء).
12. تُخفّض رواتب الكيانات المُنحلّة بنسبة 30٪.
13. مُخصصات منتسبي المفوضية العليا المستقلة للإنتخابات تُخفّض بنسبة 25٪.
